Celia Johnson was born on December 18, 1908 in Ellerker Gate, Richmond, Surrey, England as Celia Elizabeth Johnson. She was an actress, known for Brief Encounter (1945), In Which We Serve (1942) and The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie (1969). She was married to Peter Fleming. She died on April 26, 1982 in Nettlebed, Oxfordshire, England.
