Antonio Pitanga

Antonio Pitanga was born on June 13, 1939 in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil as Antônio Luis Sampaio. He is an actor and director, known for Barravento (1962), Chico Rei (1985) and I'd Receive the Worst News from Your Beautiful Lips (2011). He has been married to Benedita da Silva since 1992. They have one child. He was previously married to Vera Manhães.
